About the Mission 2 Transition
Mission 2 Transition™ (M2T) has provided tailored college and career planning supports to high school students and adult learners guiding them to their best-fit college and career path. Our clients have secured apprenticeships, and enrolled in 2-year colleges and 4-year universities.
It begins with self-discovery, then transitioning to career mapping M2T, and continuing with high school academic advising. Our leadership allows us to help clients connect their vision for the future with purpose and empowers clients to make informed decisions on the transition into and out of high school.
Antoinette’s Vision
Our vision is to establish an education consulting business that prioritizes individual needs, focusing on empowering communities and transforming economic outcomes through comprehensive college and career planning programming.
Collaborating with parents, educators, mentors, and community leaders creates a greater opportunity to remove barriers to accessing higher education information and resources for underserved communities.
Through education attainment, individuals will have the opportunity to build intergenerational wealth and health for theirselves and surrounding communities.
